We ship using either Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) or Fedex Priority International (Worldwide).
You will receive a tracking email with updates from BirthdayMint.com (info@birthdaymint.com)



We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
International customers may be subject to taxes and/or duties for your order.
All duties and taxes must be paid by the customer prior to delivery. You will be notified of any duties or taxes to be paid by FedEx or DHL and payment must be made directly to them.
Please consult your local customs office for more information on duty and tax rates.

You'll get an order confirmation by email and your card will be printed and posted ASAP. Tracking is not currently available for our custom cards.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom:
All orders received before 11am GMT will be printed and dispatched the same working day. Orders received after this time on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Bank/Public Holiday will be dispatched the following working day. All cards are sent via Royal Mail 1st class and please allow 1-3 business days after dispatch for the card to arrive.
🇺🇸 United States:
All orders received before noon will be printed and dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders received after this time on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Bank/Public Holiday will be dispatched the following working day. All United States orders are printed in Pennsylvania so depending on the State, please allow 1-3 business days after dispatch for the card to arrive.
🇦🇺 Australia:
All orders received before noon will be printed and dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders received after this time on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Bank/Public Holiday will be dispatched the following working day. At present, all orders are shipped via the United States so please allow 7-10 business days after dispatch for the card to arrive.
🇪🇺 European Union:
All orders received before 11am GMT will be printed and dispatched the same working day. Orders received after this time on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Bank/Public Holiday will be dispatched the following working day. Depending on the country within the EU, please allow 3-7 business days after dispatch for the card to arrive.
🇨🇦 Canada:
All orders received before noon will be printed and dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders received after this time on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Bank/Public Holiday will be dispatched the following working day. At present, all Canadian orders are printed in the United States, please allow 5-7 business days after dispatch for the card to arrive.
🌍 Rest of World:
All orders received before noon will be printed and dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders received after this time on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Bank/Public Holiday will be dispatched the following working day. Please allow 5-7 business days after dispatch for the card to arrive.
Returns*
Our aim is your satisfaction, we're delighted you chose us to spread joy and we'd love to help out. Please contact us so that we can resolve any issues or concerns with your order. Most items can be returned within 14 days, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. Return postage is at the customer's cost.
We take great pride in our luxury products, and if you are outside the return window, we may be able to offer a buyback option for select items.
Personalised cards and engraved items cannot be returned as they have been customised for you. We will offer a refund in the unlikely event that it is misprinted or not received.
If you wish to return an item or see if your luxury product is eligible for our buyback offer, please contact us with your order number and product details. We will respond promptly with the next steps.
*A restocking fee of 25% is applied to most returns.
